Karen Hansen, PT, DPT is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Ergonomic Assessment Specialist, LSVT ® BIG for Parkinson’s Disease. Karen received her BS in Biology from ST. Olaf College in 1998. She received her Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Washington University of Medicine. She has 24 years of clinical practice with extensive education in vestibular rehabilitation, balance retraining, neurological condition, spinal pain, headaches, muscle imbalance, and orthopedic conditions.
Karen Hansen, PT, DPT started Minnesota Therapy & Balance Center LLC in 2022. She provides complete physical therapy services to Plymouth, Minnesota and the surrounding Twin Cities areas. She specializes in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Balance, Concussion, Neurological conditions, Neck and Back pain, as well as muscle imbalance issues.
Karen started Tennessee Therapy & Balance Center, LLC, in 2014, in Cookeville, Tennessee. Brooklyn Apple purchased the clinic in August, 2023. Brooklyn plans to continue providing the highest level of care to the Upper Cumberland and surrounding areas.

Triton decompression system traction machine for back and neck treatment of disc bulges, herniations, scoliosis, facet joint arthritis, SI dysfunction, and muscle spasms.
Private room for evaluations and treatments.
Treatment area for hand and upper extremity rehab, virtual reality station for vestibular retraining, and boxing for neuro retraining for tremor control in Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions.
